RPC check services

C# signatures use the types and conventions in Integration. CancellationToken controls the client call. Command objects include inherited fields from ApiCommand where applicable.

IRpcChecks

Path checks that reach a chosen RPC host (ping and payload download); used by clients to rank connection paths. Source

Not an application API. The first argument, a RelayRef, names the host the call goes through; a check never reconnects or resends.
